Artwork
Each artwork usually takes 2–3 weeks to complete. Once shipped, it typically arrives within 7 business days.

Canvas paintings (shipped in a tube):
Your canvas painting will be rolled and placed in a sturdy, high-quality tube. This is especially safe for larger works and also helps reduce shipping costs. Once received, it can be easily stretched onto wooden stretcher bars or framed by a local framer. For works on paper, we recommend taking them straight to a professional framer for careful unrolling to preserve every detail.
Small stretched or framed artworks (shipped flat):
Smaller stretched or framed pieces are shipped flat in a strong, well-padded cardboard box. We use plenty of internal support to make sure your artwork is secure and arrives in perfect condition.
Large stretched or framed artworks (shipped in a crate):
For larger works, we use custom-built wooden crates with protective packaging to hold the artwork firmly in place. The crate is tightly sealed to ensure your piece travels safely, even internationally.

Absolutely! We specialize in custom oil paintings. If you have a specific size, color scheme, or artistic style (such as modern, abstract, or minimalist) in mind, our artists can collaborate with you to create a personalized piece that perfectly suits your space and vision. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to assist you. After 24 hours, orders can no longer be canceled. Thank you for your understanding!

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your artwork within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please return the artwork in its original condition and packaging, and contact us at info@artasync.com to start the process.

In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged during shipping, we will cover the repair cost or provide a free replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@artasync.com and include photos of the damage.
