Frames & Framing process
Does the painting come with a frame?
Our framed paintings are ready to hang upon arrival. If you prefer a rolled canvas, please note that it will not include a frame or hanging hardware.
Does the price include a frame?
Frame included! Choose any option except 'Rolled Canvas' for a ready-to-hang masterpiece. Want a frame for your 'Rolled Canvas'? Just email us at info@artasync.com and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.
If I order a ”Rolled Canvas“ one, can I frame it myself?
Yes, you can frame it yourself. Rolled canvases come with an additional 2" white border all around, allowing you to stretch and frame the artwork in a style of your choice.
What kind of frame is used?

Shipping times vary by location. Orders processed from our location typically arrive within 5-7 business days. You'll find specific delivery details in your confirmation email.
Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
We handle all the logistics! ArtAsync organizes and insures the transport of your artwork, ensuring a hassle-free experience with no hidden costs.
How are the paintings shipped out?
For Framed orders, we carefully package the painting in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure safe delivery.
For Rolled Canvas orders, we gently roll the canvas and place it in a protective tube before shipping.
Who will pay the Duties and Taxes?

What is your return and exchange policy

- Return for a full refund or request a replacement—just as easy as your purchase.
- Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not happy with your painting, simply return it in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at info@artasync.com.
The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?
We carefully pack all paintings in strong paper tubes to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases of damage, please follow these IMPORTANT steps:
- Unpack the package in front of the courier. If there’s any damage, ask the courier to note 'item is damaged/broken' on the waybill. You may keep the package after both you and the courier confirm the damage.
- Take clear photos of the damaged package (all sides) and any damage to the painting. Send these photos to us so we can handle the issue with the courier company and arrange for a replacement painting immediately.
- If the courier leaves the package at your door and you cannot confirm the damage in their presence, skip step 1 and proceed with step 2.
- Please keep the damaged painting and packaging until the issue is fully resolved.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive the returned items, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- For PayPal refunds, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
- For credit card refunds, it typically takes 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.
